The staff were all best and helpful. The unit we got was huge and quiet with an ample closet, oldish carpet, as example.

We truly enjoyed it, did not want to leave there, totally recommend. Every detail was excellent, really enjoyable. Our rooms were newly remodelled and bright, with a view. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was amicable.

Location: the hotel was not far from the beach, the bay, and O Grove for restaurants. We stayed in a queen room with a minibar, central heating, and an electronic key card.

We had a great time at this place! The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby to satisfy our cravings. The cafeteria in this hotel had such a diverse menu that we didn't even need to venture out for a meal. It was conveniently close to the village, yet far enough for a peaceful and relaxing stay. With so many establishments just across the bridge, we were spoiled for choice.

The quiet location overlooking the bay was wonderful. This was our 3rd stay at this hotel and it matched the first two stays. Very good buffet breakfast. We received a very good rate from Booked.net after having checked directly with the hotel approx. 1 month earlier.

Could use more client internetstations or offer a station for adults only as children seemed to monopolize the 2 units.

Excellent facilties at hotel.staff really friendly although not many speak english ( we were in spain tho' !! ) not much in the immediate area as island is quite secluded but there's everything you could need.

Large rooms, beautiful views, lovely (outdoor) pool. Rate quoted was very reasonable - but we didn't get the facilities we were expecting, and wouldn't have booked for 2 nights if we had known!

Having been attracted to the hotel by the Thalassotherapy indoor pool (poor weather had been forecast for our stay) we were upset to discover the pool was drained and the workmen were noisily drilling away! No mention of this when we checked in and when we found out and spoke to reception, they were polite but uncaring. The hotel was generally large and empty and impersonal.

The actual building is a rather ugly, 1970's design. Essential to have a car.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel with breathtaking views and a perfect location. The spacious and comfortable room provided a relaxing atmosphere. The spa and outdoor pool were fantastic amenities that added to my overall enjoyment. The breakfast was delicious and definitely one of the best I've had in Europe. I highly recommend this hotel for a charming and enjoyable experience. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent situation. Room had fantastic views. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. I was lucky that despite being only March the weather was great and for this reason I didn't bother using the spa facilities (so obviously I can't comment on this).

Very impressed in all aspects that you expect from a hotel in this class. The whole place and area was a very pleasureable experience. A class act that would be very hard to beat for value for money.

Management and service, approachable, knowledgeable guides, superb breakfast, friendly employees.
